Dream Achievers Academy Leadership Survey is based on the ingredients of the leadership soup program. The leadership soup has “10+3” ingredients framed in a 4-level pyramid for authentic leadership. The main purpose of this survey is to investigate to what extent the responders to the survey relate themselves to the ingredients of the leadership soup.
